Our spare parts are 100% dimensionally, structurally and performance interchangeable with Warman slurry pump components. They are fully compatible with all standard heavy-duty slurry pumps on the market.
When installed into your existing pump units, no modifications or machining are required—they can be directly replaced, ensuring easy installation, stability and reliability.
The large-diameter shaft and short overhung structure minimize shaft deflection and extend bearing service life. The cartridge bearing housing can be fixed to the pump frame with only four through bolts.
The outer liner is bolted (not bonded) to the pump casing for easy replacement, reliable connection and convenient maintenance. Hard metal liners and molded elastomer liners are fully interchangeable. Elastomer sealing rings are provided at all liner joints.
The split-type pump casing is made of cast iron or ductile iron, with external reinforcing ribs, enabling it to withstand high working pressure and improve safety.
Back vanes are provided on both front and back shrouds of the impeller to reduce medium backflow and seal contamination. Hard metal impellers and molded elastomer impellers are fully interchangeable. The impeller features cast threads, eliminating the need for threaded bushings or nuts. High-efficiency and high-head designs are also available.
It adopts a tapered mating surface for accurate alignment during assembly and easy disassembly, reducing wear and simplifying maintenance procedures.
