Kenda KHS Hydraulic Submersible Sand Pump is a hydraulically driven sediment conveying equipment, mainly used in conjunction with excavators or driven by hydraulic stations, and is suitable for various working conditions such as dredging and sand pumping.
Working Principle:
Powered by a hydraulic system, with a hydraulic motor as the executive component, it converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. Through the rotation of the pump's agitating impeller, energy is transferred to the slurry medium, causing it to generate a certain flow velocity, driving the solid to flow, and thus realizing the transportation of the slurry.
Operating conditions:
Driven by excavator hydraulics or hydraulic stations, compatible with small, medium and large hydraulic pump stations.
Advantages:
Compared with electric submersible pumps, hydraulic transmission has low inertia, fast response and stepless speed regulation; automatic overload protection avoids motor burnout; handles high-concentration slurry/sediment (over 70% solid-liquid ratio); easy relocation when mounted on excavators, ideal for remote areas with limited power.
Structural Features:
Typically with an agitating impeller at the bottom, it turns deposited sediments into high-concentration turbulence, prevents clogging by large solids, and ensures thorough solid-liquid mixing. Flow components (casing, impeller, guard plate) use wear-resistant materials like high-chromium alloy, offering good wear and corrosion resistance.
