Kenda KC Series Standard Chemical Pump

The pumps of series KC are horizontal single stage, single suction, centrifuge, process pumps. Their dimensions and performances are in conformity with DIN 24256/ISO 2858.

Handling of cold or hot, liquids neutral - or corrosive liquids, clean liquids or liquids containing solids, particularly in. the chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, the pulp and paper industry, the sugar industry.

Performance-range

Capacities up to 0.5～2000m³/h

Heads up to 160m

Work pressure up to 1.6MPa

Work temperature up to 120℃

Flat characteristic curve, low required NPSH, high pump efficiency. These characteristics are maintained even under partial load.

Design characteristic

- Designed with closed impellers and ample shaft diameters to ensure stable operation. Pump casings of some specifications are designed as double - volute ones to balance radial forces.

-“Back pullout” structure is used in design. Hanger, include shaft, impeller form an assembly part. An extended coupling is used, and the entire machine can be repaired without removing the pipeline and motor, making maintenance convenient.

- The force at shaft gland is balanced by balance hole at back blade of impeller. Single and double terminal face mechanical seal are used.

- When the work temperature ≥90℃, a water - cooled bearing frame is adopted.
